HOME DELIVERY (FROZEN)

NOONA'S delivers ice cream right to your doorstep (or workplace, significant other(s), your big sister…) via UPS. We ship our ice creams inside an insulated frozen shipper box, packed with a block of dry ice to ensure your purchase arrives at its destination in perfect condition, within the time frame it's supposed to arrive. Please note that dry ice is exceptionally cold (-109.3°F -78.5°C). With each box, we include specific instructions to provide for safe handling and disposal of any remaining dry ice. 

We currently ship from Brooklyn, NY to the following states within 1-2 days:

To ship to any states not listed above, please contact us at Orders@NoonasIceCream.com and we will be happy to help you with a 3-day shipping. The only states we do not ship to are Hawaii and Alaska. 

 

SHIPPING SCHEDULE 2018

Shipping ice cream is tricky business! Frozen shipments cannot be in transit over the weekend, so the destination, shipping method and day & time of check out all affect when your order will arrive.

  • Our cut-off time for same-day orders is 10 AM EST. Orders placed after 10 am EST will ship the following business day. 
  • We do not ship on Thursdays-Sundays. Orders placed after Wednesday 10 am, or on Thursdays-Sundays will ship out on the following Monday!

 

SHIPPING COSTS

What goes into the price for shipping? Because we’re dealing with frozen ice cream, we must ship your order in an insulated cooler with a heavy block of dry ice. While shopping, please remember that we will add shipping fees when you checkout.

 

HOME DELIVERY (NON FROZEN)

All non-frozen goods are shipped separately and FREE OF CHARGE via USPS. They will arrive within 2-7 days of your order. 

 

RETURNS

Please, do not attempt to send frozen items back to us. We do not accept returns, i.e., melted ice cream. That said, if we DO make a mistake on our end, we’ll be happy to correct it. Email Hannah@NoonasIceCream.com for any refund inquiries.

 

MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS

If you’d like to send Noona's to multiple parties - holiday gifts, corporate gifts, a very large, extended family that’s impossible to buy for, please feel free to contact us directly. GIFT NOTES

For those who wish to include a personal note with their gift, there is a field for gift messages in the YOUR CART section of the checkout out process. Type your message in the field, and the note will be included in the shipment. Thank you!
